Please email us at support@aether-eyewear.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Once orders leave our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes.

My glasses are broken, how can I get it repaired?

If your product is broken outside the 30-day return window, you may be eligible for free repair within our one-year warranty limit. If you have accidentally damaged your glasses, additional repair fees may apply.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

You will not need to pay. All Duties and taxes are already prepaid by Aether.

联邦快递给我送包裹时我不在家，应该怎么办？

你可以提前与联邦快递联系，约定时间再安排送货。通常情况下，联邦快递会向收件地址尝试递送包裹3次。如果你长时间未取包裹，联邦快递将会与我们联系，并将包裹退还给我们。如果发生这种情况需要重新递送，那么你需要负责支付将产品运回的额外快递费用。

My parcel is missing, what should I do?

After your order has left our warehouse, we will generate an automated email with the shipment tracking information for your reference. You can track the location of your parcel anytime through the link. If your parcel is missing, please contact us at support@aether-eyewear.com .

My parcel is damaged, what should I do?

如果你的快递盒损坏了，请不要签收。通知联邦快递并立即与我们联系。调查完成可能需要10个工作日。在调查完成之前我们不能重新补发新的产品给你。

If you have purchased the product from our official website, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your product.

 Besides listening to music, podcasts and making calls, you can also summon Siri/Alexa by long pressing the right temple for 3 seconds.

如何连接到新设备？

要连接到新设备时，请将眼镜从充电盒中取出，长按5秒任一侧镜腿触摸控制区，直到听到提示“Bluetooth Pairing”（蓝牙配对）。

How long does the battery last?

The glasses have a playtime of up to 3 hours on a single charge, the case can charge the glasses up to 4 times on a single charge.

眼镜如何存放保养？

Aether音频眼镜及充电盒不能在60°C或140℉的环境中 (例如，在一个炎热的晴天，长时间留在你的车里）。Aether的设计是为了经久耐用，可在小雨环境中使用，但不能使其长期淹没在水中。请勿把你的Aether音频眼镜使用超声波清洗。

Can these glasses act as hearing aids?

防蓝光镜片能过滤有害的蓝紫光，佩戴防蓝光镜片观看屏幕时可减少蓝紫光对眼睛的危害，可对眼睛起到保护作用。

我们所有的框架参数都印在镜腿的内侧。三个数值分别代表镜框的宽度、桥宽和镜腿长度。每个产品页上都能找到这三个数值。我们建议将你目前的眼镜与我们网站上的框架测量值进行比较，这会让你找到更适合自己的眼镜。

如果我买的眼镜不合适怎么办？

如果你对产品不满意，你可以在收到产品后15天内退换货。需要收取退换货产生的运费。
