What if I need to change my order? |
Please email us at support@aether-eyewear.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Once orders leave our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes.

How can I cancel my order? |
Please email us at support@aether-eyewear within 48 hours of placing your order. If your order has not left our warehouse, we could process the cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If you would like to return the product, we can offer a full refund within 30 days, provided the product has not been damaged.

When will my order ship? |
We usually ship orders within 2 working days of receiving them. During peak seasons, this might take a few days longer. You will receive an automated email with the shipment tracking details once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order? |
Once your order has left our warehouse an automated email will be sent to your email with the shipment tracking details enclosed.

How do I activate my warranty? |
Your warranty is automatically activated for purchases made on our online store. Please follow the instructions on the warranty card to activate it for products purchased via third party retailers. |
My glasses are broken, how can I get it repaired? |
If your product is broken outside the 30-day return window, you may be eligible for free repair within our one-year warranty limit. If you have accidentally damaged your glasses, additional repair fees may apply.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? |
After your order has left our warehouse, we will send an automated email with the shipment tracking information to your inbox. It usually takes 4-6 working days to arrive. Please note that longer wait times can be expected due to local customs clearance wait times.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties? |
You will not need to pay. All Duties and taxes are already prepaid by Aether.

I was not home when FedEx tried to deliver my package. What should I do? |
Please get in touch with FedEx to arrange for another delivery. Usually, FedEx will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before getting sent to a local pick up destination. If you have not picked up the package for a prolonged period, FedEx will contact us and request the parcel to be returned to us. If this happens, then you will need to be responsible for paying the additional delivery fees involved in shipping the product back to you.

My parcel is missing, what should I do? |
After your order has left our warehouse, we will generate an automated email with the shipment tracking information for your reference. You can track the location of your parcel anytime through the link. If your parcel is missing, please contact us at support@aether-eyewear.com .

My parcel is damaged, what should I do? |
If your parcel is damaged, please don't sign for it. Notify FedEx and contact us immediately. It can take up to 10 working days before the investigation is complete. If a new product needs to be shipped, it will not be done until the investigation is complete.

How does the 30 Day Return Policy work? |
If you have purchased the product from our official website, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your product.

How do I return an item? |
To return an item, please get in touch with us at support@aether-eywear.com. A customer service representative will contact you within 1 working day.

How long does it take to process my return? |
Returns usually take between 15-20 working days to process. |
Can I exchange an item? |
You can exchange an item by reaching us at support@aether-eyewear.com. The exchanged items will be mailed to you once we receive the returned goods.

What are Audio Glasses? |
Audio glasses are wearable Bluetooth enabled devices that are used to listen to music, podcasts, and any audio files. They are microphone-enabled perfect for making phone calls and accessing voice assist.

How does open ear audio work? |
A small set of directional speakers are installed on the glasses' temples. The small speakers emit sound just like how any other speakers work, only they are designed to beam the sound towards your ears.

Can I make calls with the glasses? |
You can make phone calls with Aether glasses. All models have built-in speakers and microphones designed for a hands-free call experience.

Can I listen to music with my glasses? |
You can listen to music or any type of audio track with Aether glasses.
|
What other functions are there? |
Besides listening to music, podcasts and making calls, you can also summon Siri/Alexa by long pressing the right temple for 3 seconds.

How do I connect to a new device? |
To connect to a new device, take the glasses out of the charging case and long press either side of the touch controls for 5 seconds until you hear the prompt “Bluetooth Pairing.”

How long does the battery last? |
The glasses have a playtime of up to 3 hours on a single charge, the case can charge the glasses up to 4 times on a single charge.

How should I maintain my glasses? |
Aether glasses should not be left in environments that are above 60°C or 140℉ (ex. inside of your car on a hot sunny day). Aether glasses are designed to be durable against casual rain and showers but are not made to be submerged underwater for a prolonged time. Do not put your Aether glasses in ultrasonic cleaners.

Can these glasses act as hearing aids? |
Aether sunglasses and glasses are audio-enabled Bluetooth glasses. They are not designed to be used as medical devices.

Can I get prescription lenses for my Aether glasses? |
You can get prescription lenses fitted into your Aether glasses by a local optician.

Does Aether offer prescription glasses? |
Currently we do not offer prescription lenses.

What are blue light filtering glasses? |
Blue light filtering glasses are specially designed glasses that protect your eyes from harmful blue light emitted by our (O)LED greens and monitors. Designed to be worn during screen time, these blue light filtering glasses help reduce eyestrain.

Can I get prescription for my sunglasses? |
You can get prescription sunglasses lenses fitted onto your Aether glasses by your local optician.

What makes Aether’s lenses special? |
Aether lenses are all made by Carl Zeiss Vision, a renowned market leader in the field of high quality lenses and optics.

Are the glasses available in other sizes? |
Our glasses are currently only available in a standard size.

Where can I find my frame’s measurements? |
All of our frames have measurements printed on the temple arm's inside. These refer to the lens width, bridge width, and temple arm length of your frames. Aether frame measurements are listed on each product page as three numbers in the frame width dropdown. We recommend comparing your current glasses to the frame measurements on our website; this will give you an idea of how a pair will fit you.

What if the glasses I bought don’t fit? |
If you're not satisfied with the fitting, you could return or exchange the product within 30 days of receiving the product. Return shipping fees may apply.
